Sooah Kwak is a writer, museum professional, and multimedia artist. She is also a PhD student in Anthropology at the University of Pennsylvania, where she is an Andrew W. Mellon Graduate Fellow and SBS Foundation Scholar. Previously, Sooah contributed to research in Asian Ethnology at the American Museum of Natural History in New York and worked on humanities-centered AI initiatives in Seoul. Her creative work has been exhibited in Korea, the US, and the UK, and continues to inform her ethnographic work.
